I know this is gonna sound weird, but does anybody know of anywhere to download military running cadences in MP3 format? I have a couple but I am trying to get at least 45 min worth for my cardio workout.

Any help would be awesome.

http://www.emusic.com/album/10819/10819333.html They may be fee based.
I have tons on tape from when I was in. Let me ask some of the guys at work and I might be able to get some to you on CD.

Don't know your ability to rip this:

I do have a Ranger School song "RI Theme Song" that is more comedy(if you went to it) than running if you want I can email it.

I couldn't rip it as it is flash but if you could check about the CDs that would rock.

I currently have 5 including the running scene from Full Metal Jacket. Nothing like having R. Lee Ermey motivating you.

Yeah, I found alot on Amazon but at $15 a pop, it will get quite expensive very quickly to have some variety.

pretty neat jukebox...I didn't recognize a one of them, but then I did my Basic at Ft Knox and we didn't call alot of cadences when I was at Jackson for my AIT. They really vary so much though by post and by DS...We had one at Knox that was called Rock Steady but was waaaay different than that one. We also sang Up In The Morning, but it sounded different too...up in the mornin and outta the rack, First Sergeant has a freak attack...Sergeant marches me off to chow, but I don't eat it anyhow...I look in the sky and I wonder why, why in the hell I gotta die...(yeah, I am missing a few lines). What I really wish I had on tape, as does my old buddy from Basic/AIT are the cadences that one of our DS' came up with...he took old Gospel, Country and even a couple of Sinatra songs and made them into cadences...damned good stuff!

Let me know if you find any bro, I'd love to hear some more too...never really thought to look for them in the normal places for MP3s!

I have gotten about 50 minutes worth and more to come. Once I get them all, I will have to find a way to get em to you. May just have to mail you a CD.
